Responsible Gaming at vm789

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and may not always be obvious to the individual affected. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond healthy entertainment and is becoming a concern. If you recognise several of these signs in yourself or someone you know, please read the guidance below and contact our support team.

• ⚠️Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned or can comfortably afford.
• 💸Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money you have lost.
• 🕐Losing track of time while gambling, or gambling for longer sessions than intended.
• 😰Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling, or when trying to reduce gambling activity.
• 🔄Borrowing money, selling possessions, or neglecting bills and financial obligations to fund gambling.
• 🙈Hiding gambling activity from family members, friends, or colleagues, or lying about the amount spent.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

Every vm789 account comes with a built-in suite of responsible gaming controls that you can activate at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. These tools are free to use, take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the feature, and are designed to give you meaningful control over your gambling activity.

How to Activate These Tools

Activating responsible gaming controls on your vm789 account is straightforward. You can manage most settings directly through the account section once logged in, or contact our support team for immediate assistance. Here is how:

• Log in to your vm789 account and navigate to Account Settings to find the Responsible Gaming controls panel.
• Select the tool you wish to activate — deposit limit, session timer, cool-down break, or self-exclusion — and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately, with no waiting period.
• If you cannot find the setting you need, email our support team at [email protected]. Responsible gaming requests are treated as priority and actioned within 2 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion in Detail

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive responsible gaming tool available on vm789. When you self-exclude, your account is immediately suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any bets for the duration of your chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, vm789 will also suppress all marketing and promotional communications to your account. You may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 60 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure.

To apply for self-exclusion, contact our support team by email at [email protected] with the subject line 'Self-Exclusion Request' and state the period you wish to be excluded for. Our team will confirm exclusion within 2 hours and the restriction will take effect on your account immediately upon confirmation. If you apply for permanent closure, this cannot be reversed.

Tips for Staying in Control

Even if you do not currently have concerns about your gambling habits, forming good habits from the start is always a sensible approach. The following tips are recommended for all vm789 players in Bangladesh.

• Set a personal budget before you start playing each session and stick to it regardless of whether you are winning or losing. Never gamble with money reserved for essential expenses such as rent, food, or bills.
• Think of gambling as entertainment with a cost, similar to going to a cinema or a restaurant — not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.
• Take regular breaks during a gaming session. Step away from the screen every 30-45 minutes, especially when playing fast-paced games such as slots or crash titles.
• Never gamble when you are feeling emotionally distressed, angry, depressed, or under the influence of alcohol. Emotional states can impair judgment and lead to decisions you may regret.
• Use the deposit limit feature to pre-commit to a maximum spend for the week or month. This removes the temptation to top up impulsively when you have already reached your budget.
• If someone close to you has expressed concern about your gambling, take that seriously. People outside the situation often notice changes in behaviour before the individual does.

Protecting Young People

vm789 operates a strict 21+ policy and verifies the age and identity of all players before allowing real-money gaming. We are committed to preventing access by minors in Bangladesh and take all reasonable technical and operational steps to achieve this. If you share a device or home network with someone under the age of 21, we strongly recommend using device-level parental controls and keeping your vm789 login credentials private and secure at all times.

If you believe a minor has accessed vm789 using your account or that a minor is attempting to register, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. All reports of suspected underage access are treated with the highest priority and investigated immediately. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed without delay.
